Attention Members,
 
This notice is to inform and add clarity to the eligibility of members to participate in our 2010 AGM:
 
1) Fully registered financial members for the 2009 year as of Sunday, March 14th 2010 at 1:00 pm
 
2) All Honorary Members.
 
3) New first time members in good financial standing (paid up at least $50) that have been approved by the executive for 2010 season.
 
Please note that registered members for the 2009 season will be eligible to participate in our AGM once all outstanding dues are paid-up by no later than 1:00 pm Sunday March 14th, 2010. 
 
Also, please note that no new applications will be accepted as of this current time as the executive committee will not be sitting for such review of application prior to the AGM.
